Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Zorse is a game label operated by Austin Greco. In this policy, “Zorse,” “we,” and “us” refer to Austin Greco as the operator of the Zorse games and website.
This Privacy Policy applies to zorse.io, Bunny Hop for Android and iOS, Tap Bat for Android, and Yodoku for Android (the “Games”). It explains what information is handled when you use the Games or this website, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.
The short version
- The Games do not serve third-party ads. Zorse does not intentionally access advertising identifiers, sell personal information, or use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
- Some Games use Google Play Games Services on Android or Apple Game Center on iOS. These services may process platform identity, service analytics, and diagnostics automatically. Bunny Hop and Tap Bat submit the records listed below. Yodoku initializes Google Play Games Services and checks platform authentication and player identity, but the currently published release keeps gameplay progress on the device and does not use leaderboards, achievements, events, or Saved Games.
- Bunny Hop uses Google Analytics for Firebase on supported Android phones, tablets, and Android TV devices starting with version 1.6.1, and on iOS starting with version 1.7.1. Gameplay Analytics is on by default when available. You can turn it off or back on in Credits → Privacy, and your choice is saved on the device. Earlier iOS releases do not include Gameplay Analytics.
- Starting with Bunny Hop 1.7.6 on supported Android devices, Firebase Crashlytics helps diagnose crashes and app-not-responding events. Crash reporting is on by default and can be turned off or on in Credits → Privacy.
- Zorse does not operate a separate player-account system and does not receive your Google or Apple password.
- The website uses Google Analytics only after you allow it. Rejecting is just as easy as allowing, and you can change your choice in Analytics settings. Zorse does not use website analytics for advertising.

Information handled by the Games
Data stored on your device
The Games store information such as settings, unlocked content, progress, and scores locally on your device so that the Games work and remember your progress. Zorse does not receive these local records unless you choose to include them in a support request. Starting with version 1.6.1, Bunny Hop on Android can also save progress to Google Play Games Saved Games when you are signed in; that cloud save may include scores, unlocks, collected stars, and other game progress. On iOS 26 and later, supported Bunny Hop builds can also synchronize progress through Apple GameSave/iCloud when a suitable iCloud account is available, as described below. Supported Android devices and iOS version 1.7.1 and later may separately send the limited activity and performance information described in the Analytics section below. You can remove local game data using your device’s app-data controls or by uninstalling the Game, subject to any data restored by a platform gaming service or device backup.
Yodoku stores tutorial and campaign progress, personal scores and flawless-completion status, one unfinished puzzle, and appearance, sound, haptic, motion, and board-presentation preferences on the device.
Google Play Games Services on Android
When an Android Game starts, it may initialize Google Play Games Services if the service and a suitable Google account are available. The Games may process the resulting authentication status and player identity on your device. Bunny Hop and Tap Bat submit scores and achievement records and process returned leaderboard and achievement records on your device. Bunny Hop also submits the number of bonus stars collected in each completed run as a cumulative Play Games event. Starting with version 1.6.1, Bunny Hop can store and restore signed-in players’ progress with Google Play Games Saved Games. The currently published Yodoku release does not submit gameplay records or cloud saves. Zorse determines which gameplay records the Games submit, but does not keep a separate server-side copy of your Play Games profile or those platform records.
Google states that Play Games Services automatically collects gamer identity (gamertag and avatar), service analytics, and diagnostics. Depending on the features used, Google also processes the player identifier, gameplay activity and events, scores, leaderboard entries, achievements, engagement information, and related device or account information. Some Play Games information may be visible to other players according to your Google settings and the feature being used.
Google operates Play Games Services and processes information under its own policies. Learn more in the Google Play Games Services data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy. You can manage your Play Games profile and privacy settings through Google and can delete Play Games data for an individual game or your Play Games profile. Deleting Google-held data does not automatically delete information you may have separately sent to Zorse, such as a support email.
Google Analytics for Firebase in Bunny Hop
Supported Android phone, tablet, and Android TV builds of Bunny Hop starting with version 1.6.1, and iOS builds starting with version 1.7.1, use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used and improve its design and performance. Earlier iOS releases do not include Gameplay Analytics. Collection is on by default when Analytics is available. Bunny Hop sends events about app starts, runs and their outcomes, game mechanics, achievements and character rewards, and interactions with its in-game review prompt, including a selected star rating but no written review text. Event details can include scores, run duration, jump and star counts, selected character and season, and whether Jump Guide was used. Run diagnostics include frame counts, slow-frame counts, and maximum frame duration. Zorse does not send names, email addresses, Game Center or Google Play Games account identifiers, raw saved games, or free-text responses as custom Analytics fields.
Google Analytics also processes automatic app activity, such as app opens, sessions, and engagement, together with app and device information, an app-instance identifier that distinguishes an installation, and approximate location derived from IP addresses. Google describes Analytics as deriving general location from masked IP addresses; Bunny Hop’s Analytics integration does not use Apple Location Services or collect precise location. Google processes this information for Analytics and makes reports available to Zorse. Bunny Hop disables Android advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization signals. The iOS integration excludes advertising-ID and advertising-conversion support, disables IDFV and automatic screen reporting, and denies advertising storage, advertising user-data use, and advertising personalization. These controls do not make Analytics anonymous or remove its app-instance identifier. Learn more about Google Analytics for Firebase data collection (Android; iOS) and Google’s privacy practices.
You can turn Gameplay Analytics off or back on at any time in Bunny Hop’s Credits → Privacy screen. Turning it off stops future game Analytics collection on that device, clears queued game events, and requests a local Analytics-data and app-instance-identity reset. It does not delete events already received by Google. The choice is saved on your device. Turning it on resumes collection with the SDK’s resulting identity. You can contact Zorse using the address below about available requests concerning earlier Analytics data.
The linked Analytics account has Google Signals disabled, no Google Ads links, and sharing with Google for its products and services disabled. The account permits aggregated measurement contributions for modeling and business insights, technical support, and recommendations for the business. Google describes the modeling and insights contributions as aggregated and de-identified; that does not make the initial app-instance event collection anonymous.
Firebase Crashlytics in Bunny Hop on Android
Starting with version 1.7.6, supported Android phone, tablet, and Android TV builds use Google Firebase Crashlytics to help diagnose crashes and app-not-responding events. Crash reporting is on by default. You can turn it off or on in Bunny Hop’s Credits → Privacy screen; this choice is independent of Gameplay Analytics and is saved on the device.
Reports can contain stack traces, exception text, app and device details, operating-system information, and Crashlytics installation or session identifiers. Google processes this information to provide crash reporting to Zorse. Turning reporting off stops future eligible reporting and requests deletion of unsent reports. A report already submitted may finish transmission, and information already received is not automatically deleted. Contact Zorse below about requests concerning data Zorse controls. See Firebase privacy and security and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Apple Game Center on iOS
When Bunny Hop starts on iOS, it attempts Game Center authentication if the service and a suitable Apple Account are available. Bunny Hop processes the resulting authentication status on your device, submits scores and achievements, and processes returned leaderboard and achievement records on your device. Zorse determines which gameplay records Bunny Hop submits, but does not keep a separate server-side copy of your Game Center profile or those platform records. Bunny Hop does not request access to your Game Center friends list.
Apple states that Game Center separately processes information including your player identifier, nickname and avatar, games played, play time and activity, scores, achievements, challenges, friends and co-players, interaction and device information, and information used for fraud prevention. Game Center may make your nickname, avatar, scores, and achievement information visible to other users according to your Apple settings.
Apple operates Game Center and processes information under its own policies. Learn more in Apple’s Game Center & Privacy notice and Privacy Policy. You can manage Game Center in your Apple device settings and use Apple’s Data and Privacy portal for available data requests.
Apple GameSave/iCloud progress synchronization
On iOS 26 and later, Bunny Hop can synchronize game progress through Apple GameSave/iCloud when the feature and a suitable iCloud account are available. This can include scores, unlocked characters, collected stars, and related game progress. It uses the player’s Apple iCloud container independently of Game Center sign-in. A random per-installation identifier is included in the synchronized progress file so Bunny Hop can combine progress changes from different installations. This identifier is separate from the Analytics app-instance identifier and is not your Apple or Game Center account identifier. Earlier supported iOS versions continue using local saves. Zorse does not operate a separate cloud-save server or receive a separate server-side copy of these saves. Raw save contents are not sent as Analytics events. Apple manages iCloud storage and account controls under its own policies. A successful save can be accepted locally and queued for upload before it is available on another device. You can manage iCloud storage, account access, and available data requests using Apple’s controls.
Support communications
If you contact Zorse, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots, device details, or game information you include. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, protect the Games, and keep an appropriate record of the request.
Optional sharing and external links
Bunny Hop can create a score image and link and open your device’s share sheet. Zorse does not receive the content or destination through this feature; your device platform and the app you choose handle the share under their own policies. The Games also contain links to external websites. Those websites process information under their own policies when you choose to visit them.
Information handled by the website
When you visit zorse.io, its hosting and delivery providers, including Amazon Web Services, may process standard request information such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device type, referring page, and security-related logs. If you choose to watch an embedded gameplay trailer, YouTube receives information needed to deliver it and may use storage under its own policies. Links to Google, Apple, app stores, and other websites are handled under those providers’ policies when you follow them. You can limit third-party content or cookies through your browser or content-blocking settings.
Website analytics and your choice
With your consent, Zorse uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand which pages people visit and improve this website. The Google tag is not loaded and no website Analytics information is sent to Google until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Reject analytics,” ignoring the notice, or browsing without JavaScript leaves Analytics off. All website features remain available.
When allowed, Analytics processes page visits, session and engagement information, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. It uses first-party cookies named zorse_ga and zorse_ga_… to distinguish visits. Those identifiers are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The cookies last up to 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Zorse sends authored page addresses without query strings or fragments, and only the origin of a referring website. Zorse does not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, form contents, or advertising click identifiers as custom Analytics fields. Advertising storage, advertising user-data use, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.
Your allow or reject choice is saved in your browser’s local storage as zorse-analytics-consent for 180 days, together with the policy version and the time of your choice. This preference is used only to remember and honor your decision. If it expires, becomes unreadable, or is removed, Analytics stays off until you allow it again. If your browser cannot save your choice, Analytics stays off.
Use in this policy or the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting after an earlier opt-in stops further collection, removes accessible Zorse Analytics cookies, and reloads the page to stop the Google tag. Requests already dispatched cannot be recalled. Withdrawal does not automatically delete information Google already received.
Event-level Analytics data is retained for two months; user-level data is retained for 14 months, and new activity can reset the user-data retention period. Aggregated reports may remain longer under Google’s policies. Google processes information on Zorse’s behalf, including in other countries under the applicable contractual safeguards. The Analytics account also permits aggregated modeling and business-insight contributions, technical support, and business recommendations; sharing for Google products and services is off. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Contact Zorse below about access, deletion, or other rights concerning data Zorse controls.
How information is used
Zorse uses information it controls only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Games and website;
- provide the platform-gaming features identified for each Game above;
- measure Bunny Hop usage and performance on the supported Android devices and iOS versions described above and improve its gameplay and design, when Analytics is on;
- measure consented website visits and improve the website;
- respond to support requests and investigate technical problems, including using Crashlytics reports when crash reporting is on;
- comply with law, enforce rights, and prevent fraud or misuse.
When information is shared
Information is shared only in these circumstances:
- with Google or Apple when you use their platform or gaming services;
- with Google when Bunny Hop’s Gameplay Analytics collection is on for a supported Android or iOS version;
- with Google when Bunny Hop’s Android crash reporting is on, as described above;
- with Google when you allow website Analytics, as described above;
- with providers that host, deliver, secure, or provide external content for the website, only for those services;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, or to protect users, Zorse, or others; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Games or website, subject to appropriate notice and protections.
Zorse does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or allow third-party advertising in the Games.
When a service provider handles personal information on Zorse’s behalf, Zorse requires it to use the information only for the services requested and to provide privacy and security protections consistent with this policy and applicable law. Google and Apple also process platform information under their own terms and privacy policies linked above.
Zorse confirms that Google Play Games Services, Apple Game Center, and any other third party with whom a Game shares personal information are required to provide the same or equivalent protection of that information as described in this policy and required by applicable law.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Zorse relies on performance of a contract to provide features you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Games and website and responding to users, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier processing.
Retention and deletion
- Local game data remains on your device until the Game or its data is removed, unless it is restored from a device backup or platform gaming service.
- Google and Apple host and account-manage the platform gaming records described above and retain or delete them according to their policies and your account settings. Zorse determines which gameplay records the Games submit and processes service responses on your device. Use the controls linked above for Google Play Games or Game Center data.
- Google retains Bunny Hop Firebase Analytics data according to the Analytics property’s retention settings and applicable Google policies. Turning Gameplay Analytics off stops future collection and requests a local Analytics-data and identity reset; it does not delete previously received data. Contact Zorse for requests about Analytics data that Zorse controls.
- Google retains Crashlytics reports under applicable Firebase settings and policies. Turning crash reporting off requests deletion of unsent reports but does not automatically delete reports Google has already received. Contact Zorse about data Zorse controls.
- Zorse keeps support communications while a request is open and afterward only when needed to document the response, handle follow-up, maintain security, resolve a dispute, or comply with law. Zorse periodically reviews these records and deletes or anonymizes them when those purposes no longer apply.
- Website request and security logs are retained under the applicable hosting, delivery, and content providers’ settings and policies. Zorse retains any logs available to it only while needed to operate and secure the website or comply with law, then deletes or anonymizes them when those purposes no longer apply.
The Games do not create a separate Zorse account, so there is no Zorse player account to delete. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by Zorse, email the address in the Contact section. We may need enough information to understand and verify your request, and we may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information; to receive a portable copy; or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Contact Zorse to exercise a right concerning information Zorse controls. You can turn off Bunny Hop’s Gameplay Analytics and, on supported Android builds, crash reports in Credits → Privacy. For platform account information and hosted gaming records, use Google’s or Apple’s privacy controls or contact the provider directly.
Children’s privacy
The Games are offered to a general audience and may be used by younger players. Zorse does not ask users to enter their age or provide contact details through the Games, and the Games do not contain third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. When Bunny Hop’s Gameplay Analytics is on in a supported Android or iOS version, Google can process the activity, performance, and app/device information described above even without a signed-in platform account. A parent or guardian can turn this off in Credits → Privacy. On supported Android builds starting with 1.7.6, Crashlytics can also process the crash and device information described above; a parent or guardian can turn crash reports off separately in the same screen. When a Game connects to a suitable signed-in platform account, Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center can also process player identity, service analytics and diagnostics, and any enabled gameplay records described above, including when the player is a child. Supported Bunny Hop builds can also synchronize game progress through the player’s iCloud account on iOS 26 and later. Platform-account eligibility, privacy settings, and parental controls are managed by Google or Apple. A parent or guardian may contact Zorse about information Zorse controls and should use the provider controls linked above for platform information.
Security and international processing
Zorse uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information it controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Google, Apple, and website providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable legal safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Games, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
